Our work started in 1978 with founder and senior designer Lance Plewis, and we still carry that same small-team, relationship-first approach today.
Our Story
Designed by Canadians, for Canadians. Since 1978, Spectrum Home Plans has designed and drafted practical, economical residential designs tested and true for our unique Canadian climate and building codes. As one of Canada’s oldest design firms, our master library spans over 4,000 house plans -meaning you, or someone you know, may very well have lived in or close to a Spectrum home.
