Spectrum Drafting & Design Studios Ltd was formed in 1978 by our founder and still Senior Designer Lance Plewis. From our modest beginnings and relying on word of mouth advertising, Spectrum Drafting & Design have grown into one of the nations leading residential design firms.

Over the past 40 years we have been committed to maintaining the high standard of home plans that our repeat clients have come to appreciate and expect. An example of our endeavor to be the Home Plan Design leader is the commitment to provide first hand construction experience to our drafting personal .From time to time our draftsmen are required to take field training in framing and finishing. Although this certainly does not make our draftsmen framers and finishers , this experience proves invaluable in the design and drafting aspects of creating great blueprints that are extremely detailed and effective.
