Our guest cottage features a sleeping loft , country kitchen  and a main floor guest bedroom, packed into 546 sq .ft. This is the perfect addition for those who may not have access to conventional plumbing or utilities near by, however as with all Spectrum Home Plans we can modify our plans to suite specific lot conditions .
