A one storey house plan or cottage plan. Many of our house plans feature this type of style. Though the footprint or "Floor Plan" of a bungalow is often a simple rectangle, the addition of an attached garage or prominent Veranda often ads to the character of this type of house plan.

Bungalows are often referred to as "Ranchers" or ranch styled floor plans but this type of house plan can also be found under various names such as Ranch Bungalow, Raised Bungalow, Chalet Bungalow, Bungalow, Canadian Bungalow, or irish Bungalow to name a few.

The floor plan will usually have all the bedrooms on the main floor, with additional bedrooms found in the
basement floor plan. Many of Spectrum Home Plans have full walk out basements, in fact all Spectrum
